 Great for the price. Mar 13, 2010
I got this for my mother in law. She just LOVES it in the corner of her kitchen. It is nothing like a hand made item, it's mfg overseas I'm sure which makes it a little harder to assemble. But it serves it's purpose well for her and looks good. It is substantial enough to stand steady and firm in the corner. Good deal for the money spent.

Ordered the wrought iron sunburst corner shelf as a Christmas present for my mother. I was cutting it close but the company did a great job of getting it here a day earlier than expected! The packaging was in extremely rough shape, but the product was just fine. Though the shelves looked as expected I have to admit that the quality of the item was not as I anticipated. The item is actually not wrought iron, but is a wrought iron "design", actually made of aluminum or something similar. I was lucky and got the item for 45 dollars on sale, plus shipping, so still a very nice item for that price. However, the item is marked online with a "list" price of $391 which I find absolutely laughable. I see that the shelf is currently listed for $217 which is still extremely high. This item is worth $85 to $100 dollars maximum in my opinion. But as it is, considering the price I got, it was a good buy and I'm very happy.

I really liked the looks of this wrought iron corner shelf and I'm sure my wife would have liked it very much. I ordered it on Amazon.com and the thing didn't show up after 17 days!! I figured it was heavy and might take some extra time to get here. I e-mailed Amazon and they replied that the order had been canceled!!! The supplier (Furniture source) couldn't fill the order? It sure would have been nice to know this a little sooner!!! Now getting it before Christmas will be nearly impossible!! Thanks a lot Amazon!!

Excellent Product for the Price Oct 22, 2007
Compared to similar corner stands / shelves that I priced, the price was excellent, even with the hefty shipping cost. It is heavy so shipping isn't cheap. It's very generously sized, providing 4 shelves with lots of storage space. I liked it so much, I just order a second shelf for the other corner of my living room.

Shipping took a bit long, but it was a heavy product. It looks so beautiful sitting in the corner of my stairwell. It does take the usual cussing to put together, but once done, fantastic. Looking for matching pieces! Overall, this was a great purchase.
