 Decent but Not Good Feb 01, 2010
I read good reviews of this jewelry armoire before my purchase, but was a bit disappointed when the time came to put it together. The product arrived with some minor damage such as small wood chips and the mirror popping off of the lid as soon as I pulled it out of the box. The mirror falling off was comical because the builder tapes a small piece of paper to the mirror warning you to be careful when taking the small piece of paper off, as doing so may cause the mirror to come loose. (Anyone else see the lack of common sense here?) These are things that could be overlooked but I bought this as a gift for my wife, so I was not going to give an inferior product to the woman I married.
My real frustration began when I realized that I should have read the return policy from The Decor Collection. Their policy sticks it to the guy that buys something a couple of weeks before Xmas, keeps the item in the box to give as a gift, then tries to assemble it the day after Xmas and becomes disappointed, and then finds out that the return policy prohibits returning an item after 2 weeks have passed from delivery.
I have corresponded with The Decor Collection's customer service and have been promised a refund. So as of right now, I am waiting on The Decor Collection to acknowledge receipt of my returned armoire and refund me the full purchase price. I will try to remember and update if possible.

This is exactly what I wanted and more. I had already expected to love it but the photo here really doesn't do it justice...it looks so lovely. It has lots of space to accommodate everything I needed.

Nice little jewelry armoire.
Could use a little more hanging space for necklaces but overall a good value
